Owen posted to the Mojang blog, that there will be a new platform of Minecraft coming - to the Rasberry Pi!
The Rasberry Pi is a fully functioning computer that runs Linux. However, it is the size of a credit card! Here is a picture:
You just connect it to a monitor, keyboard, mouse etc and you begin! It is very cheap, and is a great way to start for programmers.
And soon Minecraft will be compadible with these devices. In Australia, these devcices cost about $35!!! Imagine how easy it would be for LAN parties!
Minecraft will be a free download for this device!!
